Here's the scoop.  I'm doing this to help a auctioneer friend of mine.  This last September doctors found cancer in his tongue and had part of it removed this February, which ended his career. 
The crapper of this deal is the fact that he signed a note on nothing but good faith for another auctioneer/auction company (which is why I tried to edit his name from the trailer) to purchase this auction trailer and all the accessories to get in business.  This bum left my friend high and dry without paying. The note went bad and the bank called my friend informing him of what happened.  After reviewing the note myself, I found that the loan amount well exceeded these items even at retail price.  He recovered the trailer and most of the supplies, but not all.  I am helping him out and he is just wanting to get rid of it.  Kind of ironic when a great man such as this gets hit hard two times in one year with bad news. 

CLERKING TRAILER:
"Lampi Equipment" Year made unknown so far roughly new to 3 yrs old.  It still has a new smell. 14' office, overall length approx. 18.5'
Laminate flooring, Built in heat on the floor and a air conditioner on the roof.
